Dave Tokarz is the principal residential inspector for National Inspection Services. National Inspection Services, headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, has performed more than 85,000 physical inspections and written reports since 1975.
Home Inspection Certification
Mr. Tokarz is an ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) member who has met the rigorous requirements to be a provider of The ASHI Experience™, a professional home inspection that combines the highest technical skills with superior customer service.
Radon Certification
Dave Tokarz is a Professional Radon Measurement Provider as certified by the NEHA-NRPP (National Environmental Health Association-National Radon Proficiency Program). All procedures used are in complete accordance with E.P.A. protocols for the sampling and analysis of Radon gas.
Mold Certification
As an IESO Certified Residential Mold Inspector, Mr. Tokarz is certified to perform mold inspections according to the IESO Standards of Practice. Since there is no legislation regulating the field, it is difficult for a client to determine a qualified inspector from an unqualified one. By completing certification requirements, Dave is not only showing his clients that he has received training and has the knowledge to perform a mold inspection based on an industry standard, but also demonstrates to his clients a commitment to professionalism.

Twice nominated for Business of the Year honors, Dave has served as President of his state professional association, as Regional Vice President of his national professional association, as an affiliate member of the Fort Collins, Loveland and Greeley Realtors® Associations and has served on numerous Board of Directors and committees of professional and service organizations. Most recently, he served as a Director of the Partnership Committee, which supports the Fort Collins Board of Realtors® with an additional financial commitment to promote and support the real estate industry in such areas as education, legislative issues, marketing strategies, problem solving and special events.

National Environmental Health Association (NEHA-NRPP)
The NEHA-NRPP is a nationally recognized certification program for radon professionals maintaining the highest level of ethics and quality, www.radongas.org
A person holding the residential measurement credential is qualified to place, retrieve, and interpret the results of a measurement device analyzed by a NEHA certified Analytical Laboratory. To attain this credential, Mr. Tokarz has received approved radon measurement training and passed a NEHA or U.S. EPA radon measurement exam and his radon measurement devices have been calibrated and certified as accurate.
Mr. Tokarz is a qualified speaker on the NEHA Radon Information Speakers Bureau, who is trained in the delivery of short public information programs regarding radon as it relates to health effects, and common measurement and mitigation techniques. A CRMI, Certified Residential Mold Inspector, is trained to a rigorous inspection standard, follows a systematic checklist when collecting microbial samples, uses only ISO 17025 accredited laboratories, offers a cost-effective mold screen, has hands-on training experience with the latest equipment and technology available, is required to complete ongoing training and is tested to IESO standards.
